Scholarship details

Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN) invites qualified Malaysians to apply for scholarships to pursue study programmes

Criteria

Applicant must meet all the below requirements

General

• Aged not more than 19 years old for SPM and 21 years old candidates for STPM leavers in 2018
• Active in Co-Curriculum Activity
• Have high personality and leadership qualities
• No siblings are currently receiving YTN scholarships

Engineering
Passed SPM 2017 with at least an A in the subject of English (GCE-O) and obtained at least A in 8 subjects according to their field of study as follows: -

• - Malay language
• - English
• - History
• - Mathematics
• - Additional Mathematics
• - Physics
• - Chemistry

and one subject from the following options: -

• - Moral / Islamic / Arabic Education / Arabic (Communications) / Islamic Worldviews / Al-Quran and As-Sunnah / School of Islamic Sharia

Accounting/Finance/Digital Innovation & IT Management
Passed SPM 2017 with at least an A in the subject of English (GCE-O) and obtained at least A in 8 subjects according to their field of study as follows: -

• - Malay language
• - English
• - history
• - Mathematics

3 subjects from the following options: -

• - Additional Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Principles of Accounting / Commerce / Basic Economics / Geography
• and one subject from the following options: -
• - Moral / Islamic / Arabic Education / Arabic (Communications) / Islamic Worldviews / Al-Quran and As-Sunnah / School of Islamic Sharia

Data & Science Analytics/Business Analytics/
Passed SPM 2016 with at least an A in the subject of English (GCE-O) and obtained at least A in 8 subjects according to their field of study as follows: -

• - Malay language
• - English
• - history
• - Mathematics
• - additional Mathematics

2 subjects chosen from the following: -

• - Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Principles of Accounting / Commerce / Basic Economics / Geography
• and one subject from the following options: -
• - Moral / Islamic / Arabic Education / Arabic (Communications) / Islamic Worldviews / Al-Quran and As-Sunnah / School of Islamic Sharia
