This program is an educational financing program for SPM /
STPM / Matriculation / Diploma / Bachelor potential, low-income
households (RM4,000 and below) from a challenging background for quality
tertiary education. Offer education funding program is open to all
Malaysian Bumiputera who have performance and interested in furthering
their studies to higher learning institutions (IPT)

Malaysian Bumiputera who sat for SPM/STPM 2016
SPM/STPM trial results:
SPM: Minimum 5A-
STPM - minimum 2A
The gross household income not exceeding RM 4,000 per month (before any deductions)
